CNC High Pressure Washer KR Series
A NC cleaning machine limited to washing and air blowing only. It can be automated by installing a transport device.
By combining a high-speed four-way indexing table with an inverted jig, it is possible to perform targeted cleaning on six surfaces. By converting the indexing table into an NC table, diagonal holes and multi-surface cleaning can also be achieved. In combination with a rotating nozzle, chips inside blind holes and intersecting holes are removed. Additionally, the rotating nozzle is capable of handling pressures up to 50 MPa due to its unique metal seal structure, making it ideal for deburring and cleaning inside intersecting holes.
